My stay at Pyramid Loft was a mixed bag. On one hand, I got an unexpected upgrade to a nicer room with a great view of the pyramids, and Thomas was incredibly helpful with tips and tour arrangements. However, my experience was marred by some service issues and unwelcoming staff interactions. The Wi-Fi was quite spotty, and breakfast left a lot to be desired. Overall, I enjoyed the location and view but had some frustrations during my stay.
